Welcome to the First Annual Gold Oak Education Foundation Garden Tour 2012!

Programs that keep the learning environment exciting don’t have a chance for funding as our district struggles due to State budget cuts. Through your support of this fundraiser, we can keep the learning environment vibrant while strengthening bonds between students, school, community and world.

Although we believe that enrichment programs positively reflect on standardized tests, we feel that a broader benefit is that our students enjoy education because of the various programs such as Gardening and Fields of Learning (http://agintheclass-edc.org/fieldsoflearning.html), Music, Visiting Artists, and After-school Homework Club. Our students look forward to what awaits them at school and if students enjoy learning, they invariably will absorb and retain more.
